I am a Master of Social Work student at the University of Connecticut completing my clinical internship at Embrace Psychotherapy. I currently work at Laurel House, a nonprofit mental health agency, where I support individuals with mental health challenges in pursuing their educational, vocational, and personal recovery goals.
I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges, manage difficult emotions, and build on their existing strengths. I have a particular interest in emotional regulation and the mind-body connection, and I enjoy helping individuals better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences influence their overall well-being.
My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. A fun fact about me is that I love playing and watching tennis, and I make it a goal to attend the U.S. Open every summer.
