I assist clients in addressing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and trauma through a strengths-based framework that highlights and leverages clients’ inherent resilience. My collaborative approach focuses on identifying and resolving the obstacles that maintain distress and impede re-establishing emotional equilibrium.

I serve full time at Silver Hill Hospital in a specialized trauma treatment program. My clinical experience includes working with dissociation; I also treat personality disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions involving substance use and mental illness.

Clinically, I concentrate on providing strengths-based, trauma-informed care to individuals experiencing a broad range of life stressors. I emphasize empathy and compassion, offering a safe therapeutic environment for clients to process core concerns and develop sustainable coping skills.
