I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I am also a Reiki II Practitioner and utilize spirtuality and holistic techniqes in my practice. I founded Embrace Psychotherapy in 2019, and my mission has been to provide services to those suffering from trauma that are transformative.

In 2013, I graduated from Fordham University with a Master's in Social Work and begin my clinical career at Silver Hill Hospital working as a Residential Counselor at the facility's Transitional Living Program and then as a Clinical Social Worker facilitating groups.

In my personal life, I am a mother of twin boys and I enjoy writing, reading, learning new languages, and binge watching good shows!
