I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an IFS trained EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I am also a Reiki II Practitioner and utilize spirtuality and holistic techniqes in my practice. I founded Embrace Psychotherapy in 2019, and my mission has been to provide services to those suffering from trauma that are transformative.

In 2013, I graduated from Fordham University with a Master's in Social Work and begin my clinical career at Silver Hill Hospital working as a Residential Counselor at the facility's Transitional Living Program and then as a Clinical Social Worker facilitating groups.

My treatment approach involves EMDR, IFS, EFT, Spirituality, Somatic Techniques, and CBT. My specialties are Trauma, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, and Life Transitions.

In my personal life, I am a mother of twin boys and I enjoy writing, reading, learning new languages, and binge watching good shows!
