Yamira graduated with a Master in Mental health counseling from Long Island University. Yamira specializes in complex trauma, dissociative disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and OCD. Yamira uses a an eclectic approach to treatment and uses a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, CPT, psychodynamic, ERP, psychoeducation, and trauma informed therapy. Passionate about creating a safe environment for all her clients. Her hope is that her clients will be able to regain control of their symptoms and live the life they deserve.
